This position is seasonal and requires the following;
- welcoming our guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- assisting with admissions purchases
- assisting guests with gift shop purchases
- maintaining guest safety and addressing any issues, or calling a manager
- keeping an eye on guest interactions with each other and surrounding animals
- stocking and maintaining shelves and displaysv
- maintaining overall cleanliness of the shop – sweeping, dusting, washing windows, raking around the shop, watering the planters and gardens
- assisting with opening and closing duties
- parking lot garbage’s
- washroom cleans
- answering the phone politely and assisting guests with basic questions.

- greeting our guests with a friendly smile, wave, and assist directionally with parking
- guide guests safely to the front entrance
- wish customers well when they are leaving the park

This position is seasonal and requires the following:
- monitor animal comfort and guest activities
- address any issues or contact a manager
- pick up any and all garbage/debris
- assist with cleaning tasks
- weeding, watering, weed whacking and attending to gardens

Our campers are outside, surrounded by nature and wildlife everyday, rain or shine. Campers will learn animal care skills, habitat maintenance, enrichment, native and exotic species as well as grounding techniques, yoga, consciousness and awareness. Our activities, crafts and games focus on native plants and creatures, as well as endangered species within Ontario.
This position is seasonal and requires the following;
- daily planning and organization
- running camp programs
- constant supervision and guidance for campers
- enthusiasm and a genuine passion for children, animals, and nature

Volunteering is a beautiful way to help us provide a healthy, loving nurturing environment for the animals that call Twin Valley home. Volunteering with us can entail everything from property maintenance, washing dishes, food prep to mucking stalls, observations, enrichment prep and socialization. Every chore has value and importance. If you would like to volunteer with us we do opportunities for trustworthy individuals to assist us in our day to day.
